Who is Injury Claims Solutions?
Injury Claims Solutions is a company that specialises in locating members of the public who have suffered a non-fault injury but have not yet made a claim. We identify these potential clients through a wide range of marketing methods and then pass their details through our state-of-the-art website – www.injury-claims-solutions.com . Please be assured that our marketing methods comply fully with the Solicitors Referral Code. Once we have generated an injury enquiry, we then allocate that enquiry electronically to one of our panel of specialist injury solicitors located all over England & Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland. There is no ‘preferential treatment’ and each case is allocated to a solicitor on a strictly rotational basis. From that point on, all dealings are directly between the potential client and the solicitor – the way it should be.

What types of claim will I receive?
We generate enquiries for personal injuries stemming from RTA’s, Accidents at Work, Medical Negligence, Public Liability, Criminal Injury and any other type of non-fault injury. You can choose to accept injury referrals from any or all of the categories. In the future, we are planning to upgrade our service to include additional types of legal services requirements such as conveyancing, divorce, wills, and employment law cases.

What will the service cost my firm?
If we were a traditional claims management company, we would supply you with a referral and once the prospect became a client, we would probably charge you £500.00 for that referral. This is a costly method that eats heavily into your profitability on each and every case. Also, it is time consuming on administration with invoicing on each individual referral, the management company wanting regular updates up until they can invoice you, etc. Also, you might be expected to use a particular medical agency or a favoured ATE insurer –Not with us! You will be pleased to learn that none of this is applicable.

Our system is very straightforward. You agree to pay us a fixed amount of £600 net of VAT per month, payable by Direct Debit. In return, we will supply you with a  stream of genuine leads that you or your team can turn into profitable cases. You only need to get one new case per month to make this a very cost effective method of working and once you have set up the Direct Debit, there is absolutely no further administration to contend with.

How can it cost so little?
The simple answer is ‘Economy of Scale’. All around the country, individual solicitor’s practices are paying for advertising in phone books, in local press ads, possibly on radio, through a website with investment in web promotion, search engine optimisation, AdWords campaigns and through leaflet campaigns. The larger firms (as always) can carry out more marketing by using a much bigger budget and they can often obtain the best cases at a lower unit cost. How much have you spent on your entire marketing activities in the past 12 months? It is probably quite a substantial  sum when you look at all the above methods.
Imagine if 100 solicitors practises (a mix of large and small firms) were all paying exactly the same amount for their marketing per month. Injury Claims Solutions then reinvest much of this money into marketing the service through various methods, generating large volumes of enquiries month after month. This is far more cost effective and ensures that everyone who takes part will be treated equally. Finally, a level playing field at an affordable price!

We will then process your application as quickly as possible, and add your practise to the panel, establish your email address as a point of contact to forward enquiries and then begin sending injury enquiries to you. It is as easy as that.

Anything else we ought to know?
From a personal point of view, I have been involved in accident and injury claims work for 15 years and have always believed in treating clients in an open, honest and ethical way. There are many claims management companies out there providing a poor service with hidden charges to clients and I fully support and welcome the arrival of the Compensation Bill. My company is a member of the Claims Standards Council and, having recently attended meetings with the DCA, I believe that our industry will start to receive much more favourable press in the coming months.
