Referral Fees

Under Law Society regulations, solicitors are allowed to make payments to companies who supply them with additional work. This is known as a Referral Fee and the company who receives such a fee is known as an Introducer. Injury Claims Solutions (the introducer) must make clients aware that the company receives referral fees from it's panel member solicitors and those panel members must also confirm to clients that such an arrangement exists.

The referral fee can either be a payment for an individual referral (typically £250 to £500) or may be a monthly Panel Membership fee (typically £450 per month)
